    as too I was not playing my Xbox I sold it and switched passwords so no one could play it and I was living in a hotel and when I went to log on it said I was banned 3 months ago and I don't see why you can't track my ip address and see that it didn't match from where I actually was at... can I get xbox to unban beamed io gt please I have had bans from you guys and bought so much and been helpful on a lot of things to others in my stream as well like I think its unjust that you take one side on things and I keep having to make gt to play the games I bought..... or reimburse all the money I put into the games and expansion packs I bought and can't play as its unfair I never cheated

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

    there is no accidentally reporting, he pressed y, then chose the reason and so on. perma bans are perma.
