Perma Banned (Not Approved) Should Be Because It’s Unfair

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

Is there any other way i I can get in contact with them because they denied my appeal even tho I don’t think I deserve a perma ban maybe like a account ban I’ve only been banned 6 times there’s no way I should be at the level of a perma right? I mean I know my friend said he’s been banned like 15 times and he’s still here so why am I getting a perma ban

Maybe you should have read through the XBL ToS/CoC a little better. In it, they directly tell you that modding, in any way, will warrent a perma-ban from XBL. No exceptions. No one cares if you think it's unfair too, your son
broke the rules and now he has to suffer the consequences.

This is one point of the XBL Service that I highly disagree with. Cheaters who mod the Gamescore are no different then someone who mods their Avatar, it's both modified Profile Content (serve violation of the ToU). The Gamescore is Reset but the Avatar is a
Perma-Ban. Both should be Perma-Banned imo.
