Perma banned for uploading a screenshot

Forums are not the place to discuss about your suspension, you must connect to the
Enforcement site and raise a case review if you are eligible to do it.

I can't submit a case review the option is not there.

It sounds to me as if you are having the same issue as lots of other people whereby any suspension is resulting in a perma ban message appearing and the system treating it as such. It's an issue with the Enforcement system and, unfortunately, suspensions/bans aren't showing on the Enforcement site so are unappealable. Until the system is fixe,d you can't do anything.

Taking a screenshot of a game wouldn't be enough to generate a perma ban unless you have had a lot of suspensions previous. I guess it's possible if the screenshot was of a game still in development and you are beta testing it

That is perma-ban material right there. Haha! Seriously though, perma-ban.

I believe that perma ban means perma ban. no going back. it's permanent.
