The enforcement team perma banned one of my accounts without any kind of proof and they just ban me without letting me get the messages and match...     Perma banned account was on last week?


    Yeah. The enforcement team perma banned one of my accounts without any kind of proof and they just ban me without letting me get the messages and match records to show my proof of innocents and from what I heard from one of the random people I meet on xboxlive...They
    checked my perma account and the strangest thing is that someone had access to my account. The only people that have access to my account is the enforcement team. Than my friend said someone was on my account playing a game than put themselves offline. So
    I am just very curious if Microsoft is a bunch of scammer fcks or what. Cause I got proof of messages and Match records and everything and still the enforcement are too lazy to check all the proof. Also I was wondering do I sue Microsoft or the enforcement?

    1 dude. So many different troll accounts. Isn't there a way to perma ban all of them?

    Am I being paranoid?

    If you aren't doing anything wrong you'll be fine, and they'll basically only perma ban your account if you modify it.

    Doesnt matter what you said they go by server data

    If you were in a fight it doesn't matter who started the fight you must be rated e for everyone

    Also if they upheld the c se based on the server data you don't get another review

    FYI logining on this website also shows you Online but not ingame

    If you're going to sue Microsoft or the enforcement better educate your self with the Terms of service, because you might not be able to do that as you have agreed to it upon using Xbox.

    If you're going to sue Microsoft or the enforcement better educate your self with the Terms of service, because you might not be able to do that as you have agreed to it upon using Xbox.

    Doesnt matter what you said they go by server data

    If you were in a fight it doesn't matter who started the fight you must be rated e for everyone

    Also if they upheld the c se based on the server data you don't get another review

    As you say you stopped using your xbox last november and they say you were banned in january this looks about right, it can take several weeks to a couple of month to fully investigate any wrong doing, if you were issued a perma ban then the account will
    not work, if the console was banned then it will not go online full stop, you would have received an email to the account associated with the gamertag, this would indicate if it was a perma ban or not.

    it does sound like a console ban and the account may be ok, to find out create a new account and see if the xbox connects to live if it does then your main account is banned, if it does not then the console is banned.

    you will always be emailed a notification that you have been banned.

    Also I forgot to mention that I just got banned for two weeks and then got hit with the perma ban. Seems like it was an error



    Once an account is under investigation other infractions can be discovered of a more serious nature
    Yep I know that as well, I'm saying i got banned for two weeks then immidietaly got perma banned. I got banned once before that as well recently (wasn't long) so there's nothing in the past that they could use against me in a perma ban but since guys say
    you cant help there's no point
