Perma ban xbox one account.

Hi. Today a got a message with perma ban of my xbox one account. My gamertag is: "Kryzeeh EU". I got 2 suspension while i was playing on xbox 360 for modding account and yes, i modded my gamerscore because i had a modded xbox 360. The point is now im playng
on xbox one, with all my 100 games bought from microsoft store and just today i was permabanned for something i really don t know and i cant start my games anymore. If i did something wrong just tell me because i spent all my time on gears of war 4. I don
t wanna lose my 100 games because i paid for it. Can you review the case? Can you help me to have back my games i ve bought? Regards

If the decision is upheld then you wont be getting your digital content back.

As per the ToU you agreed to when starting your account you forfeit all digital content,remaining gold time etc. if your account is banned.

 

I would like to add to what Daft says, Modding gamescore is instant perma banned as per TOU agreement. Sorry

 

Actually,modding Gamerscore gets you a suspension & a Gamerscore reset.

It's the only type of modding that doesn't get you a perma ban straight away.

Obviously,if you do it again then you'll no doubt get a perma ban.

 

Xbox Enforcement is the one you will need to contact for this matter.

 

If you modded your account there is almost no chance that they will remove the perma ban

 

Hi you always get notification of a ban and a report what it is for. Check your emails for the address that is linked to your microsoft account. Dont forget to check your spam folder. You can also log into Xbox
Enforcement and view details there. If you have been banned you will no longer have access to any of your digital titles or game saves.

 

It's actually in the Code of Conduct and the agreement between Microsoft qnd the gamer. It is completely legal.

 

You broke the TOS by not only modding, but you messed with your Gamerscore as well. And now you are asking for MS to unban you and let you back into the population of fellow Xbox gamers who earn their achievements legitimately. Xbox is a place for gamers
of all sorts to come and be accepted and have fun, however it is not a place for cheaters. Take this event as a valuable lesson, make a new account and start over, that is the best advice I have because frankly MS won't (and shouldn't) reactivate your old
account.

 

Huge violation of the terms of service, that's a permaban.
