    Hi. my gamertag is and just yesterday i got a perm ban for cheating, i mananged to access what the report said about me and it said “user may create a tournament” i dont understand why i got banned for this as i wasnt creating any tournament and
    i was just happily playing gta with my mate. I dont understand what violation ive done to the code of conduct and i want an explaination and my account back.

    I have submitted a case reveiw. Does that mean i will be able to recover my account back along with the digital content on that account?
    No, not necessarily.

    It means that they will have a second person in the enforcement team re-investigate the reason for your ban and determine if it was done in error or not. If they determine that the ban was valid and not in error then the case review would say "upheld" and
    the ban wouldn't be lifted.

    If they determine it was in error then yes your account would have the ban removed and you would be able to log back into your account.

    It all just depends on the result of the case review.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so there is nothing anyone here can tell you.

    For info on any enforcement action you have & to file for a case review if eligible you would need to log on to the enforcement site enforcement.com

    Hi awtactical!

    Base from the description, it seems that you got suspended from communications. What you seem to be confused from was the part regarding Permanent suspension. It seems that its just an explanation if the account got perma ban. But if there's a time frame
    or duration when it will be lifted then that's not perma ban. But if it says 999 then that's perma for sure.
