Perma Ban. Plz I didn’t now it was against rules

Hello, i am Kyle. I am a teen who wanted to earn some extra money and i thought the best way was what i enjoyed most. Thats why i am here. I put up a post asking if peoole wanted mw to do an account recovery. Since I had seen a ton of websites and posts
previously, I figured it wasnt against code of conduct. So more than an hour goes by between a couple posts amd then my party chat wont work. I then shut off my xbox to see if that would resolve the issue. Turns out, I was perma banned. I have already used
all of my case reviews and they have all said the same thing. It was an honest mistake on my part and I

would understand a 2 week or even month long ban. What I dont get is how others have gotten away with such things, while i get banned. There was no notifaction for a communication suspension and when I did, it was too late. You can take my word that it was
an honest mistake and that I now know its against the rules. I think i deserve a second chance. I have so many hours and dollars spent on that account and I really do not want to lose them. Whatever options I have, I will do. If it takes telling you the people
I know who havent been punished, then by all means, I’ll tell. But I am begging. I have been a customer since 2010 and ever since then, I never knew account recoveries were illegal. Who would I need to call or chat with or anything.. anything to get this resolved

Thats the issue. I had no idea it wasnt illegal because countless people HAVE done it with bo consequences. And like i said. Ive already used all if my case reviews. I need other options

And asking for account details what went rhru your mind that was EVER LEGAL

It clearly tells you that this sort of thing is against the ToU/CoC that you have to agree to when starting your account.

If you didn't read the ToU/CoC before agreeing to them then that's 100% down to you so "i never knew it as against the rules" is not a valid excuse.

If you've filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing you can do & the account will remain banned.

The enforcement team don't use the forums anyway & support can't help as enforcement actions are nothing to do with them.

1.Don't write people's gamertags on the forums to complain about him, it's against the forum rules.

2.File complaint him, XBLPET will surely perma-ban him.

Impersonating Staff can recieve a perma-ban. XBLPET don't tolerate it. Do as Tenjin said and you be fine. Also no staffs warn you of banning. There's no rule against spawn killing as long it isn't cheating.
