Perma ban and innocent

My account (ChefInDaBuff) i've had since 2015 has been permanently banned for cheating, I have never used cheats, hacks or mods on any game, I have been comunication suspended for 3 days back in 2017 for dropping an f bomb and thats all (just letting you
know incase you think i'm prone to bans)... But then 2 days ago I get randomly signed out one day and be told i'm permanently suspended. I appealed as I knew I was innocent as I only play fallout and battlefield and don't know any glitches in them and I was
a friendly helpful player. So I calm down put in an appeal to the team thinking theres been a mix up and ask them kindly to review my gameplay and see I follow the code of conduct and don't cheat or even know how to cheat... Only to be emailed literally 2
mins 34 seconds later telling me the enforcement team is upholding my ban. Now i'm being told there's nothing I can do. I am so angry at the fact I put tons of money and time into all my games for it to be taken away when i'm innocent and when I ask in my
appeal for them to look over it very carefully to see I have done nothing wrong the enforcement team decide all the time i've been a loyal xbox user my whole appeal is only worth 2 minutes and 34 seconds of their time. This has to be sorted I follow the code
of conduct and play fair and friendly always. Who can I contact as the enforcement team clearly is run by a bot or they're not doing their jobs properly. THERE HAS BEEN A MISTAKE!!

How are you doing. Perm Banned? I'm sorry about that. I would MAYBE contact them again to see the exact reasoning. But again, I am sorry and I am not sure I can do anything about that unfortunately.

its a permenant ban, i cant wait it out.

i dont send messages on xbox,

i dont play any xbox account games,

the only thing i use is the party call function to talk to my friends, nothing else. its physically impossible for me to have been 'phishing'.

You didn't say it was a perma ban.

The enforcement team don't hand out perma bans on a whim,they are only issued after a thorough investigation.
