Wait, so that means I cannot use my Xbox live at all, forever?

I think that the tolerance that they put up with is not acceptable. I bought this console for some good money, so I should be able to say what I want. Obviously, people should be able to put up with some hate from other people in game chat, party chat, etc.
But people will OBVIOUSLY get enraged. Is there any way to reduce the ban time?

I've seen some posts on the cod forums where some people have gotten their accounts back. But I dont think it was an error or glitch. I think most were guilty as can be and others just got into things by accident, and didnt know, or they knew and just
let it slide.

I figure they just bamnned everyone that were likely guilty and then let some convince them to reinstate their accounts because of accidents.

I thought it was kinda funny really. For 2 days there was nothing but " I got banned for no reason" posts. I randomly googled some of the gamertags just for shiggles. Some of those who "did nothing wrong, they were just good players" I'd find posts or
tweets somewhere where they had changed their story to " I thought it was strange that I went into that match level 10 and came out level 60. It was a random match and I completetly forgot about it happening.

Others who " never cheat, wouldnt know how, wouldnt want to ...etc ... I'd find things where they were talking about code generators and how to get into prestige lobbies etc.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned/suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

You agreed to the ToU/CoC when you started your account which means you can't say anything you want,you must keep everything you say on xbox live rated E for everyone
