Perm banned out of nowhere...

I've had this account for 5+ years, never have I got any strike or anything. Few days ago, I was on my pc and noticed that someone I didn't give my password to logged on my account from France or something like that. So, the first thing I do is change my password when I first noticed. Fast forward 1-2 days later I see new logins and I try and change my password again...then 2-3 days after my account got banned and I think it was the hackers mad I was changing my password, so they tried their best to get me banned. I just want my account back; I spent money on games that I need back asap. I did nothing to no one I don't deserve this.

Truly, in these situations, the only thing that can be done is trying to appeal the ban. The Enforcement Team can only be reached and contacted through the Appeal, and they are the only ones with the possibility to deal with Suspensions.

To Submit a Case Review:

" Sign in and visit the Enforcement page. ( https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history )

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements for. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit. "

If it truly is as you say, you should be able to provide enough information for your account to be unbanned, and if unbanned, you should contact Support so they can assist you protect your account. Just please keep in mind that they take some business days to review your Appeal.

sorry to say if you got a perm ban for too many communication suspensions they ran out of chances for you. after multiple suspensions they just feel you are not allowed on the service anymore, thus the perm ban there is no appeal for perm bans you will
just have to start over and refrain from what you did to get those communication suspensions on the new account, good luck.

Yeah i know that but still , he got perm banned for trashtalking like what i got some 1 day or 2 ban for thag but never a perm ban and i was posting becaise now its just too late im perm banned and i dont know what to do so im trying
