Perm banned from xbox live.

I would like some info as to why i was banned from Xbox live my old gamer tag is IFatal DriverI I've been a loyal costumer to Xbox over 5 years it shocks me that you ban loyal costumers for something i barely have control over yeah i could of reported or
blocked him but theres times when nothing is done like i have said.

my side of the story is this... a player who i had trouble with for awhile on the game forza motorsport 4 was harassing me and giving me problems in game and though Xbox live messages and because i don't let people walk all over me i gave it back i should
of just blocked and reported him but i didn't want to give him satisfaction and let this guy do it to other Xbox live users, so i did what anyone would do and stuck up for myself and this led to a temp ban but i believe i reported him for abusive messages
but he wasn't banned at all... wheres the fairness in that? he can be abusive and not get banned but i do it and i get banned? then it happens again and he still hasn't been banned, it was prob from another xbox live message to a friend or something... but
i wasn't being abusive towards them just a joke between us, if someone could just give me some info or anythhing.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

yup, there is no appeal you cannot advertise those lobbies even if you never actually hosted one it's still grounds for perm ban of live sorry. it is the same thing if you said like "10th prestige for 1600 points" even if you never got the 1600 points
that is solicitation and can also get you perm banned from live as well. your just gonna have to start over and don't do anything that will get you perm banned from live. FYI when your banned you forfeit any and all remaining MS points GOLD, and any and
all DLC associated with that account.

Keep in mind it doesn't matter who started what, Report, Mute and Block any users that are breaking the Code of Conduct. How do you know the other player wasn't suspended? The enforcement does not share details about reports that a user submits. Occasionally
there is a thank you notice, but not always.

 

So the only way to talk to these people is though the "Case review" which is completely useless with a max of 500 charters and a automated reply talk about a slap to the face, it baffles me that none one in the department has any from of communication with
these people i fail to believe that they prob just say that as they don't want to deal with it, And i think there just to scared to talk to these millions of players who put there heart and soul into Xbox live who have been rob of millions hours and money by
Microsoft. just shows they couldn't care less about anyone and are power hungry. answer to your question, because i have friends on Xbox live whom i have ask to see if he still on Xbox live i have not ask them to report him. If they have it was done on there
own accord.
