perm banned due to my communications

i want to apologize to everyone on xboxlive and the team over at Microsoft i did wrong eith how i acted towards certain players on xbox live and im here to make a public apologies im completely sorry i'm like the average cod player i tend to rage and don;t

I My communication ban recently expired but i still cant send messages!!?

So Today I recently got unbanned but I still can't send messages??? The message never states that I was perm communication banned

Was I perm banned??? I'm freaking out like I wanna be able to talk with my friends

hello, my main account (damo456) was permanently banned a few days ago too, i used the 500 characters to apologize for my behaviour (also communication) but it was not good enough for them despite my promise to change my ways, everything i owned was digital,
every single game gone forever, i had spent a stupid ammount of money on that account and i would have been a lifetime customer but not anymore, so while i share your pain i urge you to put it behind you and join me in the switch to sony as microsoft simply
does not care about us.
