Perm banned and cant fight ticket over a year now?

I got banned in march 2022 and i have banned over a year and i want try talk to someone to see whats going on with my account i have no way to submit a ticket because sorry we cant find any info and there are no places for me to fight it ether please contact me.
i have been perm banned over a year and now i cant even submit a case to get unbanned and i have spent over 3k dollars on xbox i just want be able use my account and link all my progress to games so all the hours and money i have spent didnt go to waste

Unfortunately Suspensions/Bans that are older than one year are not eligible for a case review.

You would have had to do a case review before March 2023 so unfortunately its too late to do anything at this point

yeah but if it has been banned for 5 years now it is a perm ban and there is no reversal or appeals

Hello, perm ban is serious. As you stated you went to PS4 for over a year. How many times was you brother banned within that time? Sad to say I've never seen a perm ban lifted. That means they had more than enough info to ban your account FOREVER...thats
serious actions.

hey Manuela what if we were playing black ops 2 on Xbox one and then reported them through Xbox one guide for using mods or hacks can Microsoft ban or suspend their Microsoft account or perm ban though where they cant do anything until its over and if they keep doing it, it could be perm ban? Just an idea or something
