Perm banned account for a first offense?

    Perm banned account for a first offense?


    I was booted offline earlier today with a message popup saying my account was permanently disabled but when I go onto the actual enforcement website they have no history of this.

    I already know what I did (message/communication) sending some pretty vulgar hatemail but how on earth does that justify a perm ban on a first offense instead of a mute or a week or a month?

    This makes no sense to me and gaming has been the only thing keeping me sane the last several months and with how much money I have on my xbox live account id hate to see it just gone like this

    Is there any more direct way to speak with someone on the enforcement team the website wont let me do anything since it says I have no prior enforcement record or prior bans.

    Im at a total loss as to what to do here.

    Just looking at the website now says I have "a perfect record" even though I cant log on to my xbox.

    Mr gus I feel the exact same I am making my own pc out of 4 rasberry pis a ti 3060 Nvidia card and some other parts Frick Microsoft they still won't let me talk to a human being or even a bot at the matter so I'm making daisy chaining this together and I bet I could accually get ray tracing in minecraft with this creation of mine Microsoft miss/Mr Jesse if you can better tell them higher ups to hire some enforcement employees they're heck of alot of people mad rn about their accounts being terminated loosening customers doesn't your boss care

    I have the same problem please help me I'm going crazy thinking of running disputes and getting all my money back and selling my Xbox going back to PC if i don't get this resolved

    yes I've gone to the enforcement website but its telling me I have no prior offense and says I have no bans.

    when I'm attempting to sign into my xbox it comes up with a message saying I'm permanently suspended hence my confusion

    I believe there's an issue going on with the enforcement page as they have been a handful of threads with the same issue. Keeping my fingers crossed that hopefully it is resolved in a short time. Sorry for the inconvenience
