    Perm ban for no reason


    Hi,so the issue is that I haven’t been on Xbox for like month and half and I randomly went on Xbox 2 days ago and it says I’ve been perm banned on that day so I was confused.i went to check if I could see what’s gone of…turns out I’ve had lots of activity of someone trying to get into my account.I don’t get why I’ve been perm ban when I haven’t been in my account.i’m so upset as I feel like this person has got into my account and got my account ban for life.please fix this issue as I haven’t been on my account for me to get perm ban.I'm so stressed with all the money I spent and just want my account back as I had nothing to do with this.I would want my account back as I’m confused on what’s happened and why this has happened to me!Even though I haven’t been on Xbox,please fix this issue and allow me to get my account back as I’m fumming on what’s happened to me when I didn’t do anything..

    No one else signs in when I click to go in the enforcement it says no details at this time and I cannot submit a appeal or case review I have 0 strikes I have been wrongfully banned and I cannot get in contact with anybody to see what’s going on

    If you can't access the account because someone has changed the details then I would suggest contacting Xbox Support to get your account back.
