    Perks in the Xbox app aren't showing!


    Hello!

    I recently purchased Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, I mainly purchased it for the 3 months of discord nitro, but I couldn't see it on the perks tab. I contacted Microsoft support and I was only told to wait, now the deal expires in 2 days and its still not there.
    Does anyone have the same issue? If so, where you able to fix the issue and how? Can someone please respond as soon as possible!

    I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

    Disney+ perk did not show for me in the Xbox app on PC. It did show on the Game Pass app on iPad, but said it could only be claimed on PC or Xbox. I was able to claim it through the Game Pass app on Android. (In the UK. Had done a 30-day Disney+ trial earlier this year already.)

    Also check which app you use. Most platforms have several (Xbox app, Game Pass app, ..) and not all show perks.

    Hello JimmyRings3504, as well as the Game Pass catalog, subscription perks automatically appear in the Xbox App.

    If you're trying to view perks through the Xbox App on PC, try using your mobile phone and see if the item you want is showing at the App.
