    Just wanted to point a fact out to some on here which clearly don't understand or too busy being a MS fanboy........

    Performance is hardware related and not repeat not software .......

    The games will come in due time...............

    Billy The Kid actually existed!

    Plusnet performance

    Im with Plusnet. I have no problems with them at all. OK, i have had the odd drop of connection, but overall, its very stable compared to other broadband providers.

    im moving to a new house and thinking of going to plusnet however unsure how they perform with xbox live games.

    anyone with plusnet and have any opinions / thoughts ??

    Shows a distinct lack of understand of what software is.... granted when you're talking in Xbox forums your point shows some truth, but in reality no.

    Software can boost hardware also DirectX 12 will use 50percent less CPU and give devs better tools

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address on the console as well to see if that helps.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today! I'm sorry to hear about the issue. We did have an active service alert earlier that was affecting our Core Services. The service alert is now gone, and the issue should be fixed. If anything we suggest for you guys to
    perform a Power Cycle to refresh the console.

    To perform a power cycle on the Xbox:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
