i have a 1070 (8gb) an i7 6gen and on low setings i can get the game on 60fps why?, what specs i need to run on 60fps?(native resolution 1080p/tengo una nvidia 1070 (8gb) y un i7 6gen y en graficos en bajo no puedo tener los 60fps, por que? que clase de
requerimientos necesito? (resolucion nativa 1080)

Try this updated command, as it takes into account your system language on the PC:

net localgroup "Usuarios del registro de rendimiento" "NT AUTHORITY\Usuarios autentificados" /add

After entering the command, check whether an entry was added to the Performance Log Users with the command:

net localgroup "Usuarios del registro de rendimiento"

Restart your computer.
