    Performance issues on backwards compatable games.


    Cut a long story short, I'm having a small but game breaking controller lag on Sonic the HedgeHog and DiRT 3 when playing on my Xbox One. As you can imagine the slightest delay is causing the games to be unplayable considering how accurate you need to be.
    They work fine on my 360.

    Also Gears of War Judgment on the Xbox One is suffering slight lag AND big framerate drops. It's as if the console is struggling to run the 360 emulator causing issues.

    These are the only games I have played through the backwards compatable program. They are all digital versions of the games and I am part of the Preview Program.

    p.s don't tell me to visit each game sub forum as this is clearly a backwards compatability issue, thanks.

    "brandiesel1" is correct, unofficial hard drives usually cannot perform backwards compatibility. However, not all listed games are actually backwards compatible anyways. Sorry, you can't play your game.

    Hi Nikkstaaa,

    When this happened to me, the fix to the console showing 'not compatible' was to perform a hard reset. To do so, hold the power button for ten seconds while the console is on. Hopefully that may help. If not, do you have issues playing other backwards-compatible
