Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is experiencing issues staying online while downloading GTAV packs. Since it sounds like you are being signed in on another Xbox, you should change your password as a precaution.
That way if anyone has your profile on their console, they would need the new password to sign in.

Before attempting to re-download the packs, clear your cache by following the steps on this article: How to clear cache on Xbox 360

Restart your console afterward. Please let us know how it goes.

se não conseguir, tenta baixar o seu Perfil e vê se consegue entra na live

se isso não der certo me avise to com o mesmo problema, mas não tentei baixar o Perfil de novo.
