    Completed all challenges in August but perfect score not posted because challenges complete went negative.

    29950 Coins collected in August.

    Kindly update Daily Challenges perfect completions in cloud stats for NebulousBasil95.

    If you review cloud stats you'll see all challenges have been complete for 2016, but neither silver or gold has been achieved and Bronze reflects only 8 of 12 not 11 of 12. Also, Become a Star is still incomplete even through all 14 Star collections have
    been completed.

    How does the timer work during the Events?

    I've experienced similar problems with Microsoft Solitaire on Windows 10. I'm pretty proficient, and have completed all the challenges 7 times so far. Tonight, when I went out to dinner, I had Solitaire running, but I was definitely NOT in a game when
    I left, and all the time in between was added to my cumulative time. Instead of getting the competitive cumulative time I earned, I'm dropped to the rear end of everyone with a perfect score.

    Wrong challenge completion score on Klondike

    The completion score for finishing the Klondike challenge is 450 but when I completed the game, I only got a score of 350. I can't finish the challenge if the final board score is 100 points less than the score to complete the challenge!

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    I have been playing Microsoft Solitaire Challenge since May. I have had a perfect score. I was up to September 29 some how something went wrong yesterday and all my September challenges went away. I having to do them all over again and I don't have time
    to finish them before they go away and Oct. comes. I would like them back.

    The Challenge was to meet a certain score in under a certain amount of time. From your screenshots it seems that you missed the score part of the challenge by 100 points. Are you saying it is impossible to get the required score to complete the challenge?

    Score went from +745,000 to -147,000 What gives

    My score went negative 3 days ago. it is sitting at -244,000 ish. I had a much higher positive score. It wont let me download any new puzzles. Is there an ETA on this problem?
    My score is still negative.... I want a new puzzle and I want to use my correct points please.

    Spider Challenge and Pyramid Challenge

    How about the April 3, 2016 Spider Challenge said to get a score of 1,130. I completed all the decks twice and the score was only 996 for both attempts. This has to be incorrect and therefore this Challenge is insolvable.
