Perfect reputation and yet not allowed to change avatar.

When trying to change my Avatar to a custom photo, a message comes up saying I can’t change it due to past behaviour. Yet my reputation score is perfect. Is this a bug?

Wait kenny what did u put for your gamertag when u first created if it is a word that's no allowed it automatically changes your gamertag to find this out go to dashboard then your avatar not avatar creator then go to change gamertag change your name and
see if it says free 1 time gamertag change if it says free your not hacked

Nevermind lol. Apparently all it takes for it to work after trying all day, is making the effort of writing a forum post about it. -_-‘ Now it works.

I checked my reputation status and it says I have a perfect reputation.

If she is on the 360 that type of report really does not mean anything. However, if she is on the ONE, these can count against her reputation. If the rep on the account falls too far, you will only be able to be matched with others with like reputation.
By the sounds of it, being for trash talk, this is a 360 reputation thing, and reputation on the 360 means nothing. My rep on the 360 was up to 70% avoided at one point, yet I have a perfect rep on the ONE.
