Perfect Internet Connection.. or so im told, but can't connect to xbox live. PLEASE HELP

I am connected to my perfectly fine internet connection, yet I can't access anything online.

When I test network connection, everything is fine yet I can't do anything with it.

I've tried hard resetting and it didn't work. I've tried switching between wireless and wired but still nothing.

I thought this problem would fix itself but it has been at least a week.

MTU issues

My xbox live wont connect but every other connection is perfect and it came up that my MTU may not be high enough, but my xbox live was working perfetly 4 days ago, and ive tried every way to fix it that the surport site told me. Please help

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

 

Just to give you an idea about what I mean by perfect..

Detailed network statistics > wireless strength 99%

 

This is what I see on my Network

-NAT type: Moderate

-All Services are available

Going Offline doesn't help either

 

Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. If that doesn't help remove your profile from the console then re-add it. Let us know. Good Luck!
