Perfect Dark Zero Backwards Compatibility

Hi all i'm trying to play perfect dark zero on my xbox one and since im a preview member i thought id give it a shot but all i get is this error message anyone know what can cause this?

i did insert 2 jpegs but im not sure if you can see them on here but if you click on them they do show up

Requesting preview forum access

Hi me too getting same message as members above, been in preview program just over a week & wanted to report that perfect dark zero disk doesn't seem to be working with xbox1 backwards compatibility ?

 

Xbox One and Xbox 360 Games issues

Just to reiterate what the person above me said, you are currently not able to play just any Xbox360 game on Xbox One as a Preview Member. Here is the full list of the games that are working as of now:

Sorry you're having problems playing your 360 game on your One. I don't think all preview members have the update rolled out to them yet (I could be wrong). Check your preview app, and see if you have any quests for testing the backwards compatibility. If
so, then follow the steps to run the backwards compatibility. Finally check
and see if there is an update you can apply.

thanks for the reply i do have the quests available and i have followed the steps and when it says insert the disc and accept the update i insert the disc and i still get that error message coming up
