    hello perfect condition xbox ruined by microsoft :) on the 15th of august 2 pm my xbox signed me out of xbox live and kicked me out of my internet connection and wont let me reconnect saying the password is wrong and u have no connection... my computer and phone connect to the internet .

    i did nothing wrong and now nothing works

    what a bad company can we put together a group of people to mass sue them ? im not payin 150 $ for a repair on a perfect condition xbox.

    There were some sign in issues that occurred this week but they should be clear by now. Have you don't a hard restart of the console?

    I am from the ambassador team. Have you tried restarting your console? I have had this issue and here are some steps to fix this.

    1. Attempt to restart the console first then try to reconnect.

    2. Clear the mac address then restart the console

    3. clear local save data.

    Restart it by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it powers off, unplug the power cord for 10 seconds, and after that reconnect and start it up.

    1. Attempt to restart the console first then try to reconnect.

    2. Clear the mac address then restart the console

    3. clear local save data.
