Gracias por la respuesta ya hize ese paso que tu me indicaste pero solo me reembolsaron por el juego la segunda factutacion no fue reembolsada y tambien perdi el juego.

No fue en el mismo juego pero me ayudo en una ocasion el que llego una actualizacion y eso continuo mi progreso en HMCC en otro juego Fallout borre el juego como tres veces y continuo mi progreso
