Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a missing game. How long ago did you redeem the code for the game? You can go to your order history there should be an order of you redeeming the code. You can also request a call from
support. They can look and see if the license is active. If you bought code for digital deluxe version, you will need to download just base game. Then all other content will be under ready to install under manage game and add ons.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next. On next box hit skip.
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for reaching out. Just as our great ambassador Italo mentioned, as long as you were connected online you should be able to access your saves. In case they don't immediately resync, you can try removing and re-adding your account by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close.

É comum isso acontecer na ausência de conexão com a internet, porém quando a conexão se restabelece, os saves ficam disponíveis novamente.

Desligue o console, desconecte-o da tomada por 10 minutos, ligue-o novamente, acesse as configurações e teste sua conexão de rede. Se o teste apresentar resultado normal, tente acessar os saves do jogo.

Hello. Thanks for posting to the xbox forums. Let's try this. Go to xbox network settings and choose "go offline". Then hold the power button on your xbox for 10 seconds. Plug it back in and reconnect online. Let me know how it goes.
