    I have bought various games and dlc in May and was wondering if I was getting the 10% back?

    I am not receiving/earning credits for my purchases anymore. Why?

    I am looking for credits for the percentage of my purchases that I have made from before. It is nearly July and I have not received any credit for my purchases in May.

    VIP Progress/ Rewards points not awarding

    During Mid-December I purchased Injustice 2 and have still not seen that purchase counting towards my star rank or the percentage back from the purchase.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending.

    Microsoft Rewards anomaly

    The points system changed a while back and probably got messed up from the conversion. Also I think we get a percentage back from purchases using our Microsoft account.
