People who I block remain on my followers list

Hey HayabusaCABAL! As an initial troubleshooting step please make sure your console has been fully updated as one was released recently. For this issue specifically you'll need to unblock, and then block the user again. If that does not force them off your
list you will need to remove and re-add your profile on your Xbox. Again if that does not resolve the issue Private Message me the gamertag, exact time you blocked them, and your time zone so I can look further in to this for you. Thanks!

I does not take 4 years to update the system that's how long we have been doing this . And can you please take another look at what I wrote , most people make the same mistake and I will need to explain it again . Normally when someone stops following
me they are removed from my followers list . Just to be clear I did not follow these people when they started following me. Pointing out that these people remained in my followers list after they stopped following me . The extra step of having them block and
mute me was to show that they remained stuck in my followers list after they unfollowed me and then they tried to remove themselves by blocking and muting me which did not work Then they asked if I could block and mute them because that is the normal way
to remove a follower .So they are all blocked and muted followers in my followers list but are not actually following me and I am not in their list of people that they are following

Blocking people can be glitchy IMO. For example, I have about 6 people on my followers list who I have blocked repeatedly for 4 years now over and over, yet they have never not stopped showing up on my followers list. I have obviously given up
trying to remove them. For some reason blocking them won't remove them from my followers list.

Just to elaborate on this situation. This person is not following me and they have been blocked.

I messaged the person in question, and then blocked them.

Yet, for some reason this person remains on my followers list.

I can only assume that this is an bug/glitch in the user interface. I have unfortunately had to block others before, and this did not occur, they, in fact, were removed immediately. Yet somehow this person has remained on my followers list.

Enforcement team removed people who added me as their friend which I had not added them but blocked and muted .Why wont they do it now why should I have to see people that I have blocked and muted on my Xbox live account remain in my followers list

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums I totally agree what you saying and it has been annoying. I would recommend you report your concern through the Xbox insiders.
