people threating other people

On black ops 2, hhost and mw3 there is a clan called [Mod Removed] there clan master [Mod Removed] threaten to kill my self and some of my clan members cause i used to be in there clan and everytime we have a run in with
them [Mod Removed] threaten are life. this person should not be allowed to play on live cause he takes the games to serious and have some of his clan members harrass us on the game

hey just got threatened to be murdered according to people now a days u can get someones ip address no problem and then threaten them. [Mod Removed]is one of those people was playing a game online yesterday guy joins my party I don't know him andhe is like
addme to your game or ill pull your ip address find out where u live and kill u with a 9mm pistol and make it look like a setup it would not be miy first time he said. so I thought I would let u guys know!

 

Wrongfully banned

Recently I was banned from communication no big deal but I get on to play after getting comms banned and it says I was threating other people I was playing with it's a load of bull how can I threaten and abuse other players in a game if I can't talk I think
I was wrongfully banned for this (banned from Xbox live)

 

Report them to the Xbox live moderators, they'll handle it.

 

yeah report both in game and XBL, mute, avoid and move on.... if you dont know them in real life, they aren't going to find you.... if they do report them to the police...
