People threatening to take my gamertag.

People are trying to take my account and I am pretty sure theyre filing false complaints. I filed a complaint against one of them but I need to know that I have some sort of protection and that the system isnt automated. They sent me messages threatening
me to change my gamertag if I want to keep the account and I thought I would post here first just in case anything does happen;

The complaint system is not automated. the enforcement team investigates each complaint themselves. As long as you've done nothing wrong, nothing will happen.

Also, there is no way those people can take your gamertag. Just file complaints on them and block communications.

Make sure to change your account password and email password. At least 8 charaters with numbers and special charaters like @or=.

Although you have right to be concerned, directly naming other people's gamertag's is against forum rules. The best action for you to take is to file a complaint on the person threatening you and to speak to an Xbox support staff about the situation. Good

Microsoft is strict you can get banned for communication by cursing and threatening other people make the Xbox environment unsafe if someone "threatened my child" You need to click on the message and report it that
is it. The Microsoft team will deal with it. it will take a couple of days. if your son keeps on getting threaten BLOCK THE Person.
