People that played early cloud gaming should get this for a background profile picture...

Everything is working now. I disabled background downloads and disabled cloud storage. Then deleted my profile. Then I went back in, re-enabled background dl's and cloud storage and then downloaded my profile. It's working like it should. As long as the
console is on. Like you guys said, the whole downloading of games/app while off is an xboxone feature. I didn't know that.

Playing through the cloud is not available during early access. Once the game is released, it should work.

as said profile picture and backgrounds have been disabled/ stopped, to help with the amount of people using the servers just now , so we can all still play , stream. During this lock down for corona virus.

games are given out early for reviewers and such, all the time. if the store has a copy of the game, i would think that is considered already "authorized for play on this service". the only times i have heard of people being banned for playing something
early was when some people got pirated copies of a Halo game, about two and a half months before release. many game stores get games early on Friday or Saturday, when the game is officially released for sale on Tuesday. i have heard of people that work at
the stores playing online early, when the only other people playing are mostly developers and reviewers. so in most cases, if you have a real copy of a game that you paid for, and just happened to have it ship to you early, then there should be no problems
with that.

I like the new dashboard but it would be cool to see your background more. On the other hand, the console's main purpose is for playing games, not showing background pictures.
