People talking sh*t on Xbox One

Hi!

I just got some messages from 2 random persons after playing Smite. They really like to talk trash and comes with threaths saying they are getting me suspended from Xbox Live and thinks like that.

The first one told me he reported me because he don't like players like me. (Players who help their team adn don't think about going solo all the time) That was his reason for reporting me.....

The second one said: "LOOOOOOOL, you're a girl? I bet you're the fattest and ugliest **** there is."

"Awwwww the fat ugly freaks gone silent, uninstall because you're ****....:"

Their GT: I Am Mr Mad and BarredDrop53571

Anyone know what to do about this? I have images of the messages if anyone want to see them.

So on the new Xbox One

I'm just gonna go ahead and say this, hope I don't step on any toes.. but... a "party" chat with more than 8 people would be a train wreck. Everybody would be talking. Imagine being in a confined space with 20 people and everyone was talking all at once.

If you haven't already, you'll want to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other games is not allowed on the forums.

Hey zvzo,

Please check again on enforcement.xbox.com that the correct time has really passed. Compare the shown Timezone to yours to make sure it should be really over.

If thats the case try the following:

- Remove your Profile from the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

- After that, press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes. After that time replug and restart.

- Once the Console is booted up again, readd your profile to the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

As for your Xbox being slow, have you tried powercycling and putting your console on Powersaving mode ?

If you had any sort of enforcement actions on your account, when you try to use party chat, you'd be notified that your profile is unable to use this feature. You can also verify this by signing into your account at
enforcement.xbox.com It sounds like there could be a NAT issue.

Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed
Upload Speed
Latency
Packet Loss %
Wireless Strength (if applicable)
Modem Manufacturer
Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
NAT Type

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.
