People sending fake negative feedback,making my reputation labeled as "Avoid Me"

Every day,I wake up and start my day by playing Destiny on my Xbox.But This morning,I woke up to find that my reputation was yellow and said "avoid me".The only thing I do on my xbox one is really play destiny,so I was a bit confused.A little bit after I
searched this issue up,I noticed quite a few other players experiencing this problem as well.I think the reason for this was other players getting mad for me winning in the crucible(multiplayer),or just being greifers.Lots of people are getting trolled like
me,and there is definitely something wrong.I don't even have a mic,so I don't speak to other players,and I don't troll people.The problem here is obvious: people are greifing,sending negative feedback whenever they get mad,or when they want to troll.I feel
like my paid xbox live membership is being wasted,ad I am looking forward to a response,and a solution.I am a player who plays daily,and im blowing my money on xbox live,when I can't play multiplayer because of some greifers.

Surely the system Microsoft have in place to detect false negative reports would be equally as effective in detecting false positives as well?

How does it work Badger because the Enforcement link doesn't actually say anything about that.

Do Microsoft now investigate every player review as well? If not how do they know that someone wasn't 'unsporting'.

 

Don't quote me but during the pre-Xbox One release I remember MS saying it was designed from the ground up with "triggers" from the Developers in each Game itself.

For example, Team-kill a lot and its a Variable that it keeps track of. Another, drive the wrong way and crash a lot (much more then just being bad at Video Games) and that becomes flagged.

Halo and Heat-maps from way back with Bungie forged the foundation for data on play-style. That type of data is fairly easy for Developers to have a Game keep track of. Couple this with a Rep System robust enough to combine all
of the above and it is the starting point of the X1 Rep System.

 

It's flawed, hands down....my gamer tag has 15 reports on it? It was 3 at the start of the month....now my rep says needs work....no other changes on any other type of report...it's a good system you say? Then tell me what's wrong with my gamer tag and how
its awesomeness should be detrimental to my rep?

This is so unfair to players that have skill. I can't even play battlefield 4 anymore cause other players left me negative feedback and now my rep says avoid me. Same here I dont have a Mic. And people message me saying all this B.S. and I just ignore them.
All I ever do is snipe others and battle other snipers and because they are getting beat and getting upset at losing. They give me a bad rep score. I'm very upset at this. What a waist of money and having a live account.

 

I also tried talking to an Xbox one agent and they sent me here. Please help me out, I only have one game which is battlefield 4 and now I can't even join a match. I faint even join my own server, I had a great rep score until August 2015 and it just dropped
all the way down. Please do something about this, I'm not the type of person that cheats in a game or sends hate mail to others. I don't even care how others play cause I'm just having fun playing and ignore others that get upset.
