People making false claim reports

I have been a Xbox customer for couple years now but for the past year i play numerous games like GTA5 2K18 NBA and so forth ppl of all ages play as well and ive been dealing with numerous of bans due too false claims made multiple review reports about it
but as usual review was upheld everytime we all understand people make reports due to anger or as a joke then we as the people have to deal with it while others laugh its just not the proper thing too do is there anyway too speak too enforcement directly without
making review just too get over looked.

Terms of service. Some players are not getting punished for being racist.

I often wonder if every one really is investigated due to all the reporting abuse. Too many times I hear people in games threatening to report based off of nothing other than getting beat on a game. I am sure Microsoft gets thousands of false claims every
day from sore losers and just straight up a-holes. Does Microsoft even have the manpower to look into each and every report due to all the false claims?

I like the idea of punishing people for making false reports. Unfortunately, that would lead to decent people being punished because they were confused or misread the situation.

 

Hi! Unfortunately, Enforcement do not have direct contact to customers outside of when you report someone or when you file a Case Review. If you are reported and receive a suspension, the best option is to submit a Case Review if you think it is in error.

Tips to try to eliminate being reported.

Do not harass other players while playing

Do not curse at or otherwise intimidate players via voice or messaging

If someone is harrassing you, do not engage them in any way. Select the player and report them and block them so that you do not have to have contact with them again.
