people making accounts about my mum

a person i know from school (gt is flude thrashes) keeps making accounts to do with my mum(gt is JuiceyJane69) and its getting me down i want it to stop but enforcement have not done anything towards this. this is like the 5 time this past week please reply

Managing email

i cannot remember my mums password and my mum cant remember it either and i am trying to sign into my account called warfare braders and i cant because i dont know the password for the parent account could u give it back to me with a new password and my
mum cant remember any of the info for when i made the account

 

Change owner of xbox account via microsoft

in 2012 my mum made my xbox account using her Microsoft account as i was too young....I'm now 16 and have my own Microsoft account but still have to sign into this one (being my mums).....and i don't wanna do that anymore i wanna use my account to sign
in however all Microsoft tells me to do is change email but ill still be signing into my mums account........long story short can i give my xbox account (linked on this microsoft account) to a different microsoft account which is my own

 

I'd strongly advise you to block both accounts.

Ignore them and let them carry on being childish.

They'll eventually be banned once someone from Xbox notices the reports raised against the user.
