people keep reporting me because i beat them then i get muted

ive gotten muted 3 times because people keep reporting me when i beat them. i cant talk to any of my friends and its really pissing me off. i got muted for a week then not even a week after MUTED AGAIN. fix your muting system please its really annoying to
deal with. instead of muting me. mute them! they are the ones calling me a [Mod Removed]! and if i do get muted can i at least talk to my friends?

Reputation

My Xbox Live account my reputation says avoid me. I am aware that that means people have reported me. These people have been reporting me just because I kill them or beat them in player vs. Player games. I find this very unfair that just because I'm good
at a game I get suspension. My profile isn't completely suspended but it will not allow me to do matchmaking on very many games. So it's almost impossible to increase my reputation since I can't play online anyways.

 

oh yea i tried the xbox enforcement review thing but it made me answer these weird questions. if you get one wrong you fail. (really dumb btw) some of the questions were guessing games. like one of them said its alright to talk smack only a little. i chose
false because anyone who does that gets reported anyway. nope its wrong! now you cant do the reveiw sucks to be you!
