People hacked my internet.

These guys came with jet and tried to kill us so me and my friend tried to revenge them till they shut my internet down. Can Microsoft do something about these guys?

Someone would have had to set it to say that, so it could be either A) Some kind of tease for us or B) Someone either hacked their shit, or an internet fucked up/wanted to troll some people.

If you're experiencing issue with users, you'll want to report them through their Xbox Live profile and let Xbox Live Enforcement handle them. Listing Gamertags on the forums is against the rules. If you're having issues with your internet and believe to
have been bumped offline, you'll want to speak to your ISP about getting your IP address changed.

Ultimately, call outs aside, make sure you know what time this happened, as down to the second as you can get. Your ISP should be able to spot the breach, it pretty clearly breaches their security so should send up red flags, but they need to know where
and when to look.

Also some ISPs are better than others in working with their customers, in general the bigger the company the worse the service. That in mind, don't relent until they either help you, or you are sure they have done everything in their power. I hope your ISP
finds the person(s) responsible and they use their full resources to make him pay.

Other people should be allowed to know who those type of people are so they can avoid them as well. Especially if xbox doesn't do anything about it.

All u can do , is file a complaint and avoid them through your xbox. Also you are not allowed to name and shame other people on the forum. It will just cause your post to be edited and the gamertags removed from your post. Best of luck
