People False Reporting for something I'm not doing

I'm playing on Black Ops 2 with a friend of mine and since my internet lags because I have storms coming through, I have people sending me messages saying they're going to report me for cheating and lag switching which I have no need to cheat because Iike
to play the game as is. What can Microsoft do if they are just false reporting me? Also can Microsoft tell if you're not cheating?

Why are you reporting them as cheaters just for being silver??

People use gold trials all the time that show them as silver,they are doing nothing wrong.

You`re more likely to get banned for filing false reports.

 

Abuse of reporting system

Have you even fallen victim to the false report or someone with 7 accounts reporting you on all 7 cause you stomped yhem in a game and have messages proving they were doing this to you? The report system to me is extremly flawed due to this reason of false
reporting

 

If you haven't done anything wrong you need not worry.

 

I hope you have a surge protector if you are playing when there are storms. If not one good power surge and your stuff is fried.

 

Lesson learned, never play Call of Duty. Call of Duty is filled with jerks nowadays.

 

Xbox power brick has a built in surge protector.

 

As said above, nothing to worry about. It takes a lot more information than a simple report (though it can be helpful to report someone) for Microsoft to punish a member for something like this, especially in the kind-of report they're "trying" to report
you for.
