    I wish to inform you that there is A person on xbox live by the name of cornercutcubbing that has been kicking people offline and interupting us while we are playing our game he then kicks us offline i would appreciate if you could temporarily ban him offline

    If you haven't already, you'll need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums

    Support forum    , too, not the general discussion forum.

    You're better off sticking with XBOX support and having your issue escalated, though there's not much they can do other than inform the ISP.

    I would HIGHLY suggest you also contact your ISP as well. They can not only better track back as well, if XBL needs to contact your ISP to assist their investigation (if there is one) they will be already up to speed on whats going on.
