People can’t see my messages in minecraft!

Hello,

I have been playing minecraft ps4 bedrock edition for a long time now and when I join any server and type in chat noon can seen them, I believe this is what’s call a ghost mute that happens due to a glitch, but it’s REALLY FRUSTRATING. I saw a post on this problem but it happens to all platforms. Another post was this exact problem but on the switch, someone replied and sent them a link to a thread and I searched there and there was no proper solution. I hope someone fixes this problem or mine.

Hey there PROSTARboy54,

Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see any notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

First open the notifications tab on the console and make sure to clear out any notifications you see so we can start fresh.

Then try the following.

1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

2. Remove your profile from the console.

3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications, then test to see if the notifications are popping up again.

If that doesn't work, let's try to clear the Alternate MAC and see if that helps.

1. Go to Settings

2. Under Network click on Network Settings

3. Click on Advanced Settings

4. Click on Alternate MAC address

5. Select Clear

Your console will then restart, after the restart go ahead and try to see if it works for you then.

Removing your profile will not make you lose any game saves that is stored in the cloud.

Ah okay. But how do i reinstall my account?? I deleted it before and signed right back in.
