People can't receive my messages/party inv to

I am having this issue with my Xbox where people cannot receive my messages/party inv I've had this Xbox for about 1 year (X1) and used to work fine people could receive my messages and inv But now it just stopped working I am not sure if it the fact
that it's old and it not work that good now. This is an issue for all my profiles to I can receive messages from other people but they do not receive my party invite they do receive my messages though it might be worse for others though Can't really
provide that much help because this happened very recently what I saw people saying was delete your account and reinstall it I tried that and it did not work some other advice I've heard was have your net type on open and mine is it still does not work my
theory is that it is a problem with Xbox hardware it happens when in the past it worked fine I'm really hoping someone can help me out because this is a very annoying glitch I'm still experimenting with it To please people respond to this and like it or
something so Xbox can fix this problem Because I don't want to go have to go buy a new Xbox.

But sending a group party chat inv, is a much bigger deal IMO than someone saying is anyone talking?

Party chat you can't even kick them at the moment. The more people that talk in the lobby the more people will answer.
