    People can't hear me after my communication ban was up


    After my ban was up people still can't hear me I can send messages and hear them how do I fix it and why was I banned?

    Can't communicate in party chat

    Hi, I've recently received a temporary 24 hr communication ban. The ban time is now lifted, but when I send messages my friends aren't receiving them, I'm able to receive messages. Also I can join parties but can't hear my friends and they can't hear me.

    Mine looks like banned but on games, I can't communicate with anybody, nobody can hear me, I can't hear anybody or whisper to them on COD and customer service people are terrible and lying saying there is ongoing issue! Well.... how come it's not listed on the website, so people are getting banned with no emails and absolutely no freaking reason! And you should get customer service people that understand what we're saying! So annoying and frustrating

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your headset to work as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty frustrating. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled

    Troubleshoot the Xbox One Chat Headset    .
