    People booting players offline


    So I'm really curious why a certain gamer hasn't been banned yet they are booting people offline everyday I have made many reports on my console and made three phone calls over the past 7 days but this particular person is still on line. Where is the enforcement
    team? I seen this person using mods on a game and reported it and he was banned with in 48 hours but yet an entire week goes by and this person has had no punishment at all this is ridiculous how are we suppost to deal with people like this when there is no
    one to back us up?

    For all of you that didn't know booting people offline is illegal. If you read this file a complaint on [Mod Removed] and his clan members. They harass and boot people offline making it impossible to enjoy playing Xbox live. What's even
    stupid is they brag about booting players offline and send harassing and nasty messages. I'm all about enjoying Xbox live without this childish clan bothering the players.

    I am sick of this bs I'm trying to play my first season and I get jumpy laggy lobbies full of cheats! It says it's made to be more like mlg well I'm glad I'm not good enough to be in that, sort it out

    it is because they get 100s of reports and they have to go through each one at a time there are only SO many members of the PET, give it time.

    Phone support has nothing to do with enforcement so not sure why you phoned them.

    As dave said,the PET team get probably 1000's of complaints per day,all of which have to be investigated so it will take time.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him (callling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums).

    If they are booting you offline, you would need to contact your ISP to alert them of what is happening so they can help you get back online and stay online.

    Phone support has nothing to do with enforcement so not sure why you phoned them.

    The incident started when SniperPrince2 sent me a party invite while I was playing with friends. I knew not to play with him, because he was banned in our group. Then seconds later, a message was sent to another friend of mine,(my gamertag is Zodiac....)
    it read,"Zodiacs ip is ................" I'm not going to post, but I was the first person to have an ip exposed. The ip was incorrect, but I was the first of many to be somewhat threatened.
