People are reporting my account for no reason, and now I can't find games on multiplayer

I have 37 reports for cheating on the enforcement page but I have never been involved in any behaviour of this type. I have never modded, hacked, glitched or exploited a game to give myself a competitive advantage so I believe all of these reports are from
people I beat in multiplayer who are reporting me for no reason except for being annoyed that they lost.

Now my reputation is avoid me and I would like to know how to improve it so I can play the games I spent money on. Thanks

Suspended without detail of charges against me.

Same thing here. My mic isn't even plugged into my headset unless I'm partied with my close friends. So how/why I'm suspended is beyond me. My buddy isn't going to report me because of language. So people are just reporting for no reason. So now I can't
even communicate with my friends in game due to some players being spiteful for no reason whatsoever.

I've been on avoid me for a few weeks because the rep system is broken. Xbox Live people will keep telling you the reports are being checked and verified but that's ***.Your best bet imo is to call XBL and complain until they fix your rep

Do NOT let anyone fool you into believing the reports are monitored/verified/checked and that you won't get reported for being good. I have found proof that you can get reported, or can successfully report someone for something they did not do.

You can play with friends, just don't get reported for a while and your rep should go back up.

Because everything you said in your post is untrue.

Your rep will only go down if the reports are valid.

I've had a bunch of reports filed against me but my rep has never gone down because I have done nothing wrong.

FearedNightmare, I cannot play with friends on halo 5. My lobby will say searching for spartans forever and then say there is nobody to match. The only time I can find games is if someone joins me whilst I'm searching but this only works about 50% of the
time.

 

I think the best thing for us to do at this point is to get everyone to report each other until the majority of players are in the "avoid me" category. That will show them that their system is broken and maybe they'll just get rid of it

 

Daft badger, I read all of the things on that website and they said I have to play games to increase my rep. However I have played a few games of smite and about 10 games of halo 5 since I went on avoid me and there has been no change. I always play with
a full group and none of them have ever reported me, I always play to win (so unsporting conduct reports are invalid) and we don't cheat by using software/hardware modifications etc.

The only reports that I have that are valid are for messages but I only have 6 reports for messages and have already recieved a communication suspension once, that I learnt from and since then I haven't broken the code of conduct for messages. I sent someone
a message along the lines of "your bad, stop betraying" a week ago when they repeatedly betrayed me and my teammates and I kicked them from the game.

I have messaged the xbox enforcement forums but they have not replied

 

@ Eagle Precursor,the enforcement forums are not used anymore so you wont get a reply.

Best thing is to play co-op if you can't play multiplayer.It takes time so don't expect your rep to go back up straight away.
