    Hi, there's an expired credit card on my xbox account and it's now allowing me to play online due to there being pending transactions. How can I cancel them and get the credit card removed from my account?

    microsoft store has day one fifa 13 available

    After not being able to pay yesterday tried heaps of times
    just checked my Amex account and there's a ton of pending £1 transactions from Microsoft
    Obviously there payment system was a shambles yesterday

    It shows up in the transactions for my xbox account. The transaction is pending on my credit card statement, but i have purchased games and dlc etc and been able to play them while the transactions are pending before.

    Yes I am sure I purchased it from my account and I tried contacting support but couldn't get through when I tried making a phone call for support

    I'd recommend you wait a few hours to see if you can talk to Xbox Support. If you can't, the only option would be to call your bank or credit card company to cancel the charge for you.
