Pending transactions on my Bank account

So I recently bought Madden 21 cash from the Microsoft store on OCT 19th. I purchased 4 separate orders at 97$ 97$ 97$ and 19$. Now when i go and look at my bank account it took out the 310$ but it took out another 310$ and it says pending charges for
the 19th. Im just wondering why its been 4 days and i still have basically a double charge on my bank account. I just want to know when the pending charges are going to come back to my account.[mod removed- personal info]
