Pending subscription payments

is any one else having problems paying for subscriptions ?

yesterdays payment went thru successfully but my xbox live has been suspended as payment is pending, tried a diff card and paypal but its not goung thru

Game pass subscription payment pending?

Hi I signed up for a free trial of Gamepass on xbox one. The payment is pending on my order history. Payment has been collected from paypal and left my bank account on 9th April. I can't seem to find anywhere to ask so hope this is the right place.

To make sure, when you log into account.live.com & select services & subscriptions, do you see an active Xbox Game Pass subscription on your account?

Also, do you happen to notice any specific error code/messages when you try to install/play Xbox Games Pass titles?

are you sure the other payment isn't for a subscription?

as top payment is an automatic payment and the other payment is pending.

check to see if you have a subscription that was renewed on the same day by going to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Hello,

You wouldn't be able to remove the payment method due to their being a pending transaction associated with that payment method. If you wish to remove this payment method you'd need to contact Microsoft Store support first and cancel your preorder so the pending
transaction is released on the account.

If this payment method is also attached to your Xbox LIVE Gold subscription you'd need to turn off automatic renewal and wait for that subscription to end before you're able to take the card off of the account.

You can actually turn off the auto renew on subscriptions by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/services and there would be an option there to turn off the auto renew as long as your subscription does not have a pending balance due for
instance if for some reason your payment for the monthly subscription did not go through it will be in a pending state.

I have no experience with pening payments, but maybe it will be declined after some time and that you must provide a different payment method.

Is it possible to cancel the pending payment ? if so, you can cancel it and order a new subscription on the new card.
