To add, the site does state that they have 2-3 day shipping, but that doesn't mean it will be delivered in 2-3 days. That's from the time they ship it out. I just checked the website and tried to add a console and it says I can get it as early as August
17.

Covid-19 has caused several issues and delays with shipping around the world. Sadly nothing else can be done about it.

your console will stay as pending until they finish processing you to join the preview program. This normally take at least 48 to change. If its already taken longer than that please post in the preview forum here for support direct from the preview team.

Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

But, three weeks is too long, something must have happened.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.
