pending rewards not showing up.

I completed last months preorder punchcard, but I have not seen anything showing that 2 of the 3 preorders were counted.

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

I have renewed my gold membership and made marketplace purchases but it's not showing up for any reward points pending.

The Games on Demand offer requires three eligible pre-orders to complete for Credits. Since you only had two pre-orders, you did not complete this offer. Your Kingdom Come: Deliverance purchase was not a pre-order.

It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on the rewards site after you redeemed them.

I checked xbox rewards and now shows the amount as pending, Thanks for the information I did not knew that it will take that long to show up.

I haven't received mine yet. They don't even show up on Live Rewards as pending points.

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.

Judge

Most likely, does it show up under "pending" on your rewards account at rewards.xbox.com? If so you will need to wait until then for them to be deposited. If it doesn't show up then you will want to post this topic in the rewards forum I linked you.
